Let’s gush (gush– to discuss with enthusiasm) about this real quick. We’re using REAL juice from Pennsylvania apples, slow cooked for hours, and REAL Vermont cheddar cheese. Both of these are incredible on their own, and we stirred in cream and sugar over high heat, so you do the flavor math. We have the full flavor of a slice of homemade apple pie with cheddar cheese melted on top, cooked into a smooth, creamy, buttery caramel.
